Bus Hits Two Thieves During Getaway From Their Victim

Two thieves were reportedly hit by a bus while fleeing from the people they had stolen from.

The incident occurred on Chinhoyi Street in Harare, Zimbabwe, on Friday, June 14. The two suspects, attempting to escape the scene of their crime, were struck by a bus, bringing the bustling town to an abrupt standstill as onlookers gathered in disbelief. According to eyewitnesses, the men had stolen a phone near the Gulf complex. In their attempt to flee, they ran into oncoming traffic, resulting in the fatal accident.

One of the thieves succumbed to his injuries immediately, suffering a fatal head injury in the collision, while the other sustained severe injuries.

Videos circulating online captured the moment police officers arrived at the chaotic scene. The crowd watched in shock as law enforcement managed the aftermath of the accident, while the surviving thief was taken to the hospital.
