In an exclusive interview with IMOLEAYO OYEDEYI, Abakpa expressed concerns over the uncertainty facing depositors and employees of Heritage Bank, particularly in relation to the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (NDIC) statutory insurance payment of N5 million. He emphasized the potential losses faced by small business owners with deposits exceeding this amount.
