Charly Boy Vows To Walk Naked On Bourdillon Street If Peter Obi Wins At Election Tribunal

Veteran Nigerian singer, Charles Oputa, widely known as Charly Boy, has made an unusual pledge in the event that the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, emerges victorious at the election tribunal.
Following the declaration of Bola Tinubu, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, as the winner of the February 25th presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Obi and his party, including the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are presently challenging the victory in court….CONTINUE READING
Charly Boy took to Twitter to announce that if the tribunal announces Peter Obi’s victory, he would walk naked from one end of Bourdillon to Falomo.
Meanwhile, Peter Obi has accused INEC of turning a blind eye to electoral fraud and wasting the country’s resources.
In their final statement submitted to the Presidential Election Petitions Court, Obi and the Labour Party expressed concern that unless INEC is held accountable for conducting fair and impartial elections, future elections in Nigeria will remain tainted.
They criticized INEC for allegedly favoring certain candidates in the elections and neglecting its duty to oversee elections fairly.
