Children Of Former Governors Appointed As House Of Representatives Committee Chairpersons

Additionally, Adegboyega Adefarati, son of the late former Governor of Ondo State, Adebayo Adefarati, Olamiju Akala, son of the late former Governor of Oyo State, Adebayo Akala, and Olumide Osoba, son of the former Governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba, were also appointed.
It’s worth noting that some of these children of former governors are serving as lawmakers for the first time in the lower chamber.
The standing committees they will lead include the Niger Delta Development Commission (NNDC) Committee, Banking Regulation Committee, Labour, Employment and Productivity Committee, Youth in Parliament Committee, and Justice Committee.
