He explained that police officers had to be called in to restore order, leading to both women being escorted away for questioning.

Expressing concern over the bizarre situation, Achimugu said he hoped the matter could be peacefully resolved.

Providing details via his official X handle, he wrote:

“Update:
On arrival at the FAAN clinic, the elder sister, aged 31, who had fainted earlier, began fighting with her younger sister, aged 23.
They were both returned to the crime office for resolution, but the fighting continued fiercely.
The police were invited, and both sisters were eventually led away by officers of the Nigeria Police Force.
This is one strange incident. I only hope it’s a case of temper tantrums. Imagine if this fight had happened mid-air—hmmm…”

Earlier reports revealed that the drama began when the sisters, scheduled to fly with NG Eagle Airlines, missed their flight after arriving late at the airport. Frustrated and blaming each other, they engaged in a heated argument that turned physical, scattering their belongings and drawing the attention of other passengers before one of them collapsed.
