According to a posting list signed by the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice M. B. Dongban-Mensem, the newly reassigned justices are expected to assume duties in their respective divisions by May 5, 2025.

The updated list, dated April 22, 2025, confirmed that Justice Eberechi S. Nyesom-Wike—wife of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike—will remain stationed in Abuja.
