The issue began when a Snapchat user asked why she only shares limited views of her child—such as the legs, arms, or back—instead of either revealing her fully or keeping her completely off social media. The user argued that the approach seemed inconsistent and suggested that true privacy would mean not posting the child at all.

The critic also claimed that sharing partial images could appear like seeking attention while still trying to protect the child’s identity. Although the user admitted that the page belongs to her, they maintained that her method of handling privacy did not make sense.

Reacting, Toke dismissed the remarks and told the user to focus on their own choices. She emphasized that her social media platform is hers to control and questioned why someone would be so invested in decisions about a child that isn’t theirs.
