Themed “The Challenges and Opportunities in Nigeria’s Fiscal Federalism,” this year’s edition tackled governance reforms and fiscal strategy—while honouring those whose contributions are driving national development.

Among the day’s most notable honourees was Senator Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, representing Edo North Senatorial District, who clinched the coveted title of Politician of the Year 2024. Though unable to attend, the award was received on his behalf by his daughter, Mrs. Jane Aduku, who delivered a graceful show of family pride and continuity.
