The landlord had given Taiwo a 30-day notice to settle her rent arrears, but she failed to comply, resulting in the eviction. A source told SaharaReporters, “Taiwo was evicted last Friday over unpaid rent, which has been overdue for years. She is currently struggling to pay rent at her Asokoro residence. Her belongings were placed outside, and they remain there as of now.”
