In a video currently making the rounds on social media, the singer disclosed that sharing the stage with Wizkid often stirs deep emotions, as it reminds her of their shared past.

She reflected on their reunion at the Great Lagos Countdown 2025, one of Lagos’ biggest annual music events, noting that the experience was particularly emotional for her.

According to Tiwa, seeing Wizkid again revived feelings she first had about six years ago, and she finds it difficult to conceal her emotions whenever they perform together.

Despite the ups and downs that marked their past relationship, the singer said she still cherishes the beautiful moments they shared.

She openly admitted that Wizkid remains special to her heart, adding that if she had to choose one man in her life, it would be him.

Tiwa revealed that being on stage with Wizkid feels awkward because her feelings for him are still very much alive.
