Fintiri stated that his government intends to inject ₦3 billion into the economy through the business wallet to help citizens establish resilient businesses and promote economic growth. He revealed that the support initiative will launch in December, aiming to create new opportunities and enhance livelihoods throughout the state.
“To mitigate the effects of economic hardship, we’re empowering 60,000 women and youths across Adamawa with the Fintiri Business Wallet. This initiative will inject ₦3 billion into the state to assist our people in building strong businesses and fostering economic growth. The rollout will begin between now and December, creating new opportunities and strengthening livelihoods across our communities,” Governor Fintiri said.
Additionally, Fintiri emphasized his administration’s commitment to job creation for the youth, citing the construction of a stadium in the state as a key effort. “Investments in sports have proven to yield significant benefits for young people. As part of our commitment to empowering the next generation, we are constructing a world-class stadium that will provide a platform for local talent to develop, showcase their skills, and realize their full potential,” he noted.
