First Look At Never-Before-Seen Belt For Tyson Fury Vs Anthony Joshua Historic Showdown
Boxing fans have been given a first look at a specially designed championship belt that will be awarded to the winner of the highly anticipated heavyweight showdown between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
The two British heavyweights are scheduled to meet at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on December 12, with the bout expected to be one of the biggest boxing events involving British fighters in recent years.
According to Bush Radio Academy, the custom-designed belt was unveiled during the fighters’ first joint head-to-head press conference on Wednesday, with Turki Al-Sheikh joining Fury and Joshua on stage for the presentation.
The newly commissioned title, named the “Battle of Britain” belt, features a prominent golden centrepiece carrying the inscription “Battle of Britain, Awarded by HE Turki Al-Sheikh.” The design also incorporates the logo of The Ring magazine.
The belt features a red, white and blue strap, reflecting the colours associated with Britain, while a special “Fury vs Joshua” shield is displayed prominently on the design. The year “2026” and Union Jack motifs are also incorporated into the championship belt.
The specially created title will be presented to whichever fighter emerges victorious when Fury and Joshua finally settle their long-awaited rivalry inside the ring at the Principality Stadium.
The unveiling adds another symbolic element to a fight that has generated significant attention among boxing fans, with the two former heavyweight champions preparing for a highly anticipated all-British encounter.
With the custom belt now revealed, attention will turn to the fighters’ preparations ahead of their December 12 meeting, where the winner will leave Cardiff with the unique “Battle of Britain” title.
