“Focus On Your Depressed Country”- Reno Omokri Slams Ghanaian, Claims Tinubu Made Lagos State Economy Bigger Than Ghana

Controversy about which has the better food and country between the two nations that are not even close to each other continues to exist between them. The whole controversy started in the late 90s when the Ghanaian president deported all Africans in their country a large number were Nigerians. The Ghana economy later collapsed when Nigeria found oil, The Head of state at that time retaliated by deporting back Ghanaians.

The Social Media Critic, Reno Omokri floored a citizen of Ghana who spoke ill of the incoming president due to his looks. He claimed that Tinubu has shown more leadership capability than any of their president except Kwame Nkrumah. CONTINUE READING

Omokri urged the Ghanaian to focus on his depressing nation because Tinubu made Lagos’s economy bigger than Ghana’s. It is important to note that Lagos’s GDP is estimated at around a hundred and fifty billion dollars and the Ghana has to work for three years to achieve that.

Many claims that Ghana is better than Nigeria despite them buying fuel at high rates, and a high cost of feeding because of the electricity, a reasonable person will know that Ghana’s electricity in the full country can’t power an Alimosho Local Government alone in Lagos.

In his words, he wrote; “Thank you for your feedback. Ghana also has its challenges. I just returned from Ghana, and perhaps you may want to focus on fixing the observed issues, which include a depressed economy that has had to be bailed out by the IMF to the tune of $3 billion to avoid economic collapse.”

“He made Lagos state’s economy bigger than the entire Ghanaian economy. While I wish Waziri Atiku Abubakar won the #NigerianElections2023, please permit me to say that Tinubu has shown better leadership abilities, especially in economic matters, than any Ghanaian President, with the exceptions of Kwame Nkrumah and Jerry Rawlings.”

“Though I will never have anything to do with Tinubu due to my personal principles, shame on you for thinking that I would undermine my country to please a foreigner.”
