Former Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah, And Eight Others Arraigned By EFCC Over Fraud Charges

Upon their plea, Justice Ekwo directed that the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) take over the case, instructing the EFCC to transfer the case file to the AGF within two weeks.
The court upheld the existing administrative bail conditions set by the EFCC for the accused and ordered that these conditions be made available to the AGF.
The trial has been scheduled for October 17, 2023.
