Liu explained that the first certificate was signed by three individuals, while the second was signed by two. She emphasized that both certificates were essentially the same, with minor variations in signatories and dates.

Liu argued that it was implausible for the same university to issue two certificates to the same person for the same course of study but on different dates and with different signatories.

The lawyer pointed out that both certificates stated Tinubu graduated with a BSc in ‘Business AND Administration,’ while a certificate from CSU mentioned ‘Business Administration.’ She also highlighted differences in fonts and logos on the certificates.

Atiku Abubakar’s legal team has been seeking to disclose President Tinubu’s educational certificate from the US university.
