Freedom In Marriage: Foluke Daramola Reveals Husband’s Surprising Stance

Speaking during a recent interview on the African A-List podcast, the Nollywood star opened up about her marriage, highlighting the level of freedom she enjoys. According to her, her husband does not attempt to control or restrict her movements, allowing her to live independently.
Foluke noted that she hardly feels the weight of being married, explaining that Kayode treats her more like a close friend and remains her biggest supporter. She added that even when they have disagreements, they are usually resolved quickly.
She explained that her husband believes in giving her space, stressing that his attitude is not a reflection of a lack of love but rather his belief that she should not feel confined in the marriage.
The interview comes two years after Kayode confirmed that he married another woman, Oluwafunke Oyegoke-Salako, while still married to Foluke, citing their inability to have a biological child after over a decade together.
