The actor explained that he imports brand-new clothing items from the United States and owns several shops operated by his staff.
“I don’t sell okrika. The clothes I was seen selling are brand-new, not second-hand. Just because they were laid on the ground doesn’t make them okrika. I import directly from the U.S.,” he stated.
Madu added that he has been involved in the clothing business for over three decades and personally monitors his shops.
“I have several shops and boys who help me run them. I don’t act like a ‘big man’—I hit the streets and sell myself. I’ve been in this business for over 30 years,” he said.
