From Politics To Diplomacy: Fani-Kayode Reacts To Ambassadorial Role
Nigeria’s Ambassador to Germany, Femi Fani-Kayode, has expressed his gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following his diplomatic posting.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Tinubu recently approved the appointments of 31 career and 34 non-career ambassadors to various countries and the United Nations.
According to a statement on Friday by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Fani-Kayode was assigned to Germany, while former presidential aide Reno Omokri was posted to Mexico.
Reacting to his new role, Fani-Kayode thanked God and the president for what he described as the honour of representing Nigeria abroad.
In a post on , he wrote:
“I give God the glory for my posting as Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, and I thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this great honour that he has bestowed upon me. I am truly humbled. May God lead, guide and prepare me for this new assignment, and may He watch over, bless, and protect my beloved homeland Nigeria now and always.”
He also prayed for divine guidance as he prepares for his new responsibilities and asked for continued peace, blessings, and protection for Nigeria.
