Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri, has called upon the indigenous people of Adamawa to consider relocating and establishing their business ventures within the state. He made this appeal during the inauguration of Livak Signature hotel in Karewa Government Reserved Area, Yola North Local Government Area.
Represented by the Speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Wesley Bathiya, Governor Fintiri emphasized that investing in Adamawa State would contribute significantly to reducing unemployment and bolstering the state’s economic growth. He expressed concern that investing in other states could divert resources away from Adamawa, impacting its economy negatively.
Bathiya commended Dr. Williams Ishaya Kamale, CEO of Livak Signature hotel, for choosing Adamawa State as the location for his establishment, rather than opting for larger cities like Abuja or Lagos. He assured potential investors of the government’s support for business initiatives in Adamawa.
Governor Fintiri highlighted the potential of Livak Signature hotel to not only generate revenue and employment opportunities but also to elevate Adamawa’s profile as a tourism destination within Nigeria and globally.
