The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Edo State, Adamu Ogie Shaka popularly know as Honest guy has reiterated the that the Executive Governor of Edo State, HE Sen. Monday Okpebholo is committed to the development of the state in promoting policies and programs that foster sustainable development across the State.
The Government remains open to any credible partnership that will drive development in the state and in line with its vision.
He equally addressed recent misinformation about the recent issue which has be going round about the Governor, on issue of Peter Obi, the Presidential Candidate Of Labour Party.

I want to state clearly that the Governor has never issue a threat to the LP presidential Candidate, but emphasised the need of high profile individual or political exposed person to always notify and seek for security clearance before embarking on any engagement in any state, not just Edo State.
The Governor as Chief Security Officer of State, it’s the Governor Responsibility to safeguard the live of his people, properties, and visitors in his state, and I see no reason some person’s will take this comment as an offence and trying to spoil the name of a working Governor who is ready to to see his people are being safe and protected.
The Governor is very ready to put smile the faces of his people and developmental benefits, which includes job creation, development , and today, the impact is already visible within the state and many of us can testify to this.
