Represented by his Special Adviser on Revenue Matters, Umar Waziri, at the swearing-in ceremony for the 2023 Batch ‘C’ Stream II Orientation course in Kaduna, the governor highlighted the NYSC’s role in exposing millions of youths to the diverse cultures and traditions of Nigeria’s ethnic nationalities.
He encouraged corps members to commit themselves to the nation’s progress and development, fostering positive changes in their host communities.
The governor congratulated the corps members for their academic achievements and patriotic response to national service, urging them to contribute to the country’s growth during their time in Kaduna and beyond.
NYSC Coordinator in Kaduna, Mr. Hassan Taura, expressed optimism about the success of the orientation program, with 1,401 registered corps members demonstrating commitment and dedication.
Taura emphasized the importance of the orientation exercise in preparing them for the service year.
