Responding to inquiries about his future plans following his tenure as Kogi State governor and his status as one of the presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the governor emphasized that the success of President Tinubu would signify success for all Nigerians.
Governor Bello spoke during an interactive session with journalists at the seminar. He expressed gratitude for his achievements as governor, highlighting the progress he has made in Kogi State.
Bello also expressed confidence in the APC’s candidate, Usman Ododo, and predicted a landslide victory for the APC in the upcoming November 11 Kogi State governorship election.
Addressing concerns about party unity in the state, Governor Bello asserted that the APC remained strong in Kogi and emphasized the party’s unity as a key factor in its electoral success.
He acknowledged that while it’s impossible to satisfy everyone, the APC has internal mechanisms to resolve issues and maintain cohesion.
During the seminar, various speakers addressed topics related to governance, unity, responsible journalism, debt management, education investment, and the state’s development plan.
The discussions highlighted the progress and strategies employed by the Kogi State government to enhance governance and development in the region.
