Grateful Acknowledgment To My Reliable Supporters: A Message Of Hope And Unity

In the lead-up to the Primary Election for our Local Government Council, Esan South East LG Council I have received an overwhelming amount of calls and messages from friends, family, well-wishers, and my ever-supportive constituents. They expressed their curiosity as to why I did not proceed with the Chairmanship Election.

In light of this, I would like to clarify the reasons behind my decision. Considering that my own brother emerged victorious in the State House of Assembly Election, representing the same unit and ward as me, our political leaders advised me to prioritize equity, fairness, and justice. They suggested that I let go of my personal aspirations and assured me of their support in future opportunities. Upholding party supremacy is of utmost importance.

With that being said, I would like to take this opportunity, without mentioning specific names, to express my heartfelt appreciation to my immediate family, friends, and my reliable supporters. I am grateful to everyone who has believed in my dreams and aspirations since the announcement of the upcoming local government election in 2022 in Edo State. Your love and encouragement have given my passion a resounding voice, igniting a strong desire within me to serve. This passion has created an unforgettable moment, evoking positive emotions and inspiring me to take on higher responsibilities.

As I look ahead to the future, I do so with a deep sense of optimism. I believe that one day Nigeria will embrace the true meaning of its creed. I implore all of you not to lose hope, despite the various interpretations surrounding the recently concluded election, particularly the Presidential election. A Nigeria characterized by peace and security is within reach. During this critical period in our nation’s history, our urgent task is to build a new history by fostering transformational leaders who are visionary, selfless, accountable, transparent, and dedicated to nation building.
