In an emotional Instagram post on Friday, she described the moment as the most heartbreaking call she had ever received, initially thinking it was a joke.

She recalled being rushed to the scene, where she met a large crowd and struggled to understand what had happened. During the confusion, she saw a black Hilux drive past carrying her husband’s lifeless body, still dressed in the same clothes he wore when he left home earlier that day.

Jennifer said the shock overwhelmed her, causing her blood pressure to spike dangerously, which led to her being admitted to the hospital.

She explained that she found it difficult to accept the reality of his death, holding on to hope even as events unfolded.

According to her, the final moment of acceptance came when his body was brought in a casket the following day, making the loss painfully real.
