The incident, captured in a viral video, shows the protesters cruising the vehicle across major roads in Kaduna. The hijacking of the police van, along with vandalism and the waving of Russian flags by the protesters, has led to an imposed curfew on Kaduna residents by the Kaduna State Government, led by Uba Sani.
It is noteworthy that today marks the fifth day of the nationwide protests, despite President Tinubu’s address to the nation.
