In an Instagram post, Daniels revealed that she spent much of her marriage “hiding under the camouflage of a big man’s wife.” She admitted she could accept being called the worst names, but emphasized that she would never be accused of sleeping around, unlike her husband.

But I’m extremely shameless with pride and can accept the worst name—as long as it’s not sleeping around with men. Isn’t it beautiful that in seven years, a serial cheat never accused me of cheating? Daniels also acknowledged human rights activist Omoyele Sowore for supporting her, while admitting she made a reckless decision that led to her pregnancy with Nwoko. According to the actress, this pregnancy prompted their rushed marriage.

She added, “Thank you so much, sir! My now ex-husband’s worst enemy is now fighting beside me. It’s sad, but I love and appreciate it!
