I No Small!” – Stanley Ontop Fires Back At Frederick Leonard’s Defamation Suit
Nollywood filmmaker and media personality Stanley Ontop has reacted to a defamation petition filed against him by fellow actor Frederick Leonard.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The petition, dated January 28, 2026, was submitted to the Delta State Police Command through Leonard’s legal team, Uche Okoro & Co. In it, Leonard accused Ontop of making repeated statements over the past two years that allegedly damaged his reputation without provocation.
Leonard claimed that Ontop had circulated narratives portraying him negatively, which he said created a false public image and adversely affected both his personal and professional life.
The actor made the petition public on his Instagram page on Monday, warning that he is prepared to pursue legal action and hold those responsible accountable.
Responding on his own Instagram page, Stanley Ontop stated that he is ready to face the matter and awaits a police invitation. He added a note of defiance, writing: “See y’all in court. I’m waiting for the police invitation. Ontop no small.”
