The mother of two explained that her sensitivity as an actor influences the kind of scripts she accepts. According to her, acting requires deep focus and emotional stability, and she prefers not to engage in roles that could disturb her mind or spirit if she isn’t in the right state.

She said, “I am a very sensitive actor. I try to avoid deeply spiritual films, especially when I’m not sure or spiritually ready for them.”

Speaking about her character, Chioma, in Love in Every Word, Bambam noted that she first sought to understand the character’s inner world before infusing her own essence to bring the role to life.

“When you get a script, you step into that character. I took time to understand Chioma’s personality and added a part of myself to make her believable. Acting is about understanding where your character is coming from so you can react as they would,” she explained.
