Former Spokesman of the PDP/Atiku-Okowa campaign council, Daniel Bwala, has set tongues wagging with a recent warning directed at supporters of Peter Obi, the Labour Presidential candidate from the last election. The narrative gained traction when Bwala, weeks ago, made headlines for meeting with Tinubu and openly endorsing his reforms. This surprising shift in allegiance comes after Bwala had consistently criticized Tinubu’s leadership, claiming that nothing would function under his tenure as Commander-in-Chief.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the lawyer issued a firm warning: “Labour Party in red. Dey your Dey, make I Dey my Dey! Nobody worry nobody. If Una worry me I go visit Una matter, and I go go harder on Pitobi matter like my brother Reno ohh. Nobody worry nobody.”

The tweet, now circulating on the X app, raises eyebrows as it signals a potential escalation in Bwala’s criticism of Peter Obi, akin to his outspoken stance on Tinubu’s government. Bwala’s tweet seems to suggest that if provoked, he is ready to intensify his critique of Obi’s actions, adopting a stance reminiscent of his vocal ally, Reno Omokri.
