In a statement released in Kaduna on Monday and signed by Hon. Nwigbarto G. Dumbari and Mrs. Omotosho Rashidat Ololade, Chairman and Secretary of the Forum respectively, they expressed concern over INEC’s recognition of Mr. Kenneth Obidiche Udeze as the party’s chairman, despite no record of him being elected through a national convention, a fact acknowledged by INEC.

The forum warned of potential legal action if INEC fails to respond within 48 hours, citing previous Supreme Court rulings and INEC’s acknowledgment that Udeze did not emerge from any officially monitored convention.
