Recent reports indicate that businessman and social media influencer, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chiefpriest, has been arraigned by the EFCC over Naira Abuse. LIB has exclusively learned that he is already in EFCC custody. READ THE FULL ARTICLE HERE
According to an EFCC source who spoke to LIB, Chiefpriest’s arrest details were not disclosed, but he is currently in their custody and is expected to appear in court tomorrow, April 17.
The EFCC is prosecuting Chiefpriest for alleged spraying and tampering with the Naira at an event held at Eko Hotel on February 13th, 2024, as well as events in Lagos in January 2024 and in 2020.
