It’s Personal! Skitmaker Trinity Guy Reveals Why Davido Dislikes Him

Popular skit maker and prankster, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, better known as IamTrinityGuy, has expressed concern that music superstar Davido might not like him.

The comedian, who refers to himself as the “OBO Comedian,” revealed on Thursday via his verified Facebook page that he has been trying unsuccessfully for nearly two years to meet the Afrobeats singer. He admitted that the repeated failed attempts sometimes make him feel as though Davido may dislike him or that he might have unknowingly offended the star.

TrinityGuy noted that he had set a personal goal in 2024 to meet Davido before the year ended, but it did not happen. Now, he says he has turned to prayer, hoping that 2025 will finally make his long-awaited meeting with the Nigerian-American singer possible.

In his words:
“I think Davido hates me… sometimes I even wonder if I offended him before. I promised myself last year (2024) that I would see Davido before the year ended, but it didn’t happen. God, I’m using this moment to pray—please make it easy for me. I want to see Davido before the end of this year.”
