“I’m no longer open to projects that waste my time, drain my values, or dismiss my work as ‘just content,’” she said. “That label no longer sits well with me. This year, I’m committed to personal growth in different areas. My peace matters deeply, and anything that disregards my time or values is simply not for me anymore.”

Addressing her growth beyond the popular Mummy Wa persona, Ikuseedun explained that while the character still has potential to evolve, she is intentionally making room for her own identity and broader creative expression.

“There’s still so much to explore with the Mummy Wa character,” she noted. “This year, I want to observe, reflect, and allow the character to mature.
