Sammy was granted bail on Monday, November 10, 2025, after spending several days in detention. He was initially remanded at Keffi Prison by a Dutse Magistrate Court on Thursday before being transferred to Suleja Prison.
The news was shared by his elder brother, @Sweezzy1, on Instagram, writing: “Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”
Reacting to the development, Regina expressed gratitude to those who supported her during the ordeal. She shared her relief and joy at seeing her elder brother regain his freedom.
In a pointed jab at Ned Nwoko, Regina mocked her estranged husband, saying, “Joke’s on you, Ned, because you thought people would hate me,” playfully sticking her tongue out.
The actress reflected on the online ridicule she faced, revealing that the mockery pushed her to become stronger. She added that while some people pitied her, she dislikes being pitied.
Regina also acknowledged the individuals who stood by her during the challenging period, expressing happiness that her brother’s release marks one battle won.
