In a tweet, Sani stated, “Dear Guinness, After Hilda Bacci and Helen Williams, Consider our Jagaban.”

Sani’s tweet follows President Bola Tinubu’s assertion at the 10th German-Nigerian Business Forum that his economic reforms during his tenure as Lagos State governor, contributing to his presidential election, deserve recognition in the Guinness Book of World Records. Tinubu highlighted his track record, emphasizing his role in transforming Lagos into Africa’s fifth-largest economy during his eight-year governance.

The President, a former treasurer at Exxon Mobil, expressed confidence in his ability to navigate obstacles. In a light-hearted remark, Tinubu stated that if not acknowledged, he would strive to insert his name in the historic Guinness World Records. These comments were made during the sealing of significant agreements between Nigerian and German companies, including gas supply and renewable energy projects.
