Daniel Bwala, a member of the PDP, took to his Twitter handle to extend advance congratulations to Femi Fani Kayode, a member of the APC, who was initially left out when President Tinubu distributed political portfolios.
The current Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Simon Lalong, is reportedly set to resign from his position, creating a vacancy after emerging victorious in a Senate election court case.
Bwala’s tweet reads: “May I congratulate @realFFK in advance for the worthy appointment coming his way in the coming week. I have always wondered why all his peers were given appointments and he was left out. But as the saying goes, he who laughs last, laughs best. Despite the internal opposition, you have prevailed.”
