This information was conveyed in a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Muhammad Lawal Shehu.
The statement affirmed Governor Sani’s unwavering dedication to ensuring that retiring workers who have faithfully served the state receive their rightful entitlements. It also emphasized the state government’s commitment, executed through the State Pension Bureau, to maintain the consistent release of these payments for gratuity and death benefits to beneficiaries within the state.
The disbursement of these funds will serve to alleviate the hardships caused by the current economic challenges, especially for the elderly retirees who have concluded their active service. The State Pension Bureau is expected to publish the complete list and particulars of the beneficiaries in the forthcoming days.
