Kaduna Police Detain Alleged Ritualists Found In Possession Of Gallon Of Human Blood....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

The Kaduna State Police Command has apprehended a nine-member group suspected of engaging in ritualistic activities under the guise of the ‘Neo Black Movement, NBM,’ with the discovery of a full jerry can containing human blood.

The arrest of the alleged ritualists took place at a Cemetery in Dutsen Abba Ward along the Zaria-Kaduna expressway.

Confirming the arrest on Sunday, ASP Mansur Hussaini, the Public Relations Officer of the Command, stated that their capture followed a tip-off received by the authorities regarding a group of individuals spotted at the said cemetery. The Saye Lowcost Division was promptly alerted.

Among those apprehended for their alleged involvement in ritual practices are Samson Ezekiel (32), Samuel Francis (27), Usman Nura (34), Gabriel Sheba (23), Haruna Sa’id (37), Bala Lukman (27), and Jabir Rilwan (37).

According to the PPRO, a thorough search of their vehicle, a Lexus sedan bearing registration number RSH 712 CW, led to the discovery of two locally made pistols, a Beretta pistol, two jacket knives, two calabashes, and a jerry can filled with human blood.

The suspected ritualists, comprised of both new and old members, were apprehended during an initiation ceremony for new members. They confessed to obtaining the human blood by slaughtering an elderly man and disposing of his remains near the Jaji military cantonment in the neighboring Igabi Local Government Area.

Additionally, the suspects confessed that the vital body parts of the deceased were dismembered and taken away by another gang from Kaduna.

Following the arrest of the seven suspected ritualists along the Zaria-Kaduna expressway, two more suspects were apprehended by locals at ABU Congo Conference Hotels along the old Jos road. They were identified as Austin Ifinju from Ondo State, aged 28, and Yoruba by tribe, and Aliyu Ali Yahaya, a resident of Hadu Nasko road in Abuja, aged 24, Agatu by tribe, and a student of ABU Samaru.
