This outreach is part of ongoing efforts by Amos to provide free medical services within his constituency. During the campaign, Amos urged women not to view cancer as a death sentence and emphasized the importance of early detection through regular screenings.

Rahap Elisha, leading the screening team, explained that the campaign’s goal was to increase awareness and empower women with knowledge on self-checks for breast cancer, especially encouraging younger girls to undergo screenings for early detection.

Phoebe Sukai Yayi, Commissioner of Kafanchan Municipal Authority, stressed the significance of regular checks in detecting cancer early, thus facilitating prompt treatment. She praised Amos for his proactive initiative and highlighted the universal impact of cancer regardless of gender.
