Following the Kano State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal’s decision to revoke the certificate of return issued to Governor Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and award it to the APC’s governorship candidate, Dr.
Nasir Gawuna, as the legitimate winner of the March 18 election, a 23-year-old woman named Fiddausi Ahmadu made headlines. In a viral video circulated in Kano, Fiddausi claimed to be advocating for the NNPP and Governor Yusuf’s cause.
In the video, Fiddausi was heard speaking in Hausa, criticizing the Tribunal chairman and issuing a warning that she wouldn’t hesitate to use a bomb to commit suicide if she came across the judge.
Additionally, she cautioned Gawuna, stating, “You must not disclose your location, or else, I am willing to use a bomb vest on you to commit suicide.”
