Speaking through the Managing Director/Chief Executive of FAAN, Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, at the commissioning of Bola Tinubu International Airport, Minna, Keyamo highlighted the potential economic growth through proper investments in air transportation for food exports.

He emphasized the role of strategic investments in transforming Nigeria into a major food producer and exporter, aiming to reduce the substantial annual loss of N3.6 trillion in perishable goods.
FAAN Pledges Support for Economic Growth through Air Transportation The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) pledged its commitment to contributing to Nigeria’s economic growth by facilitating exports through air transportation. FAAN believes that targeted investments, especially in cargo and international terminals, can play a significant role in curbing the annual loss of N3.6 trillion worth of perishable goods, according to Minister Keyamo.
