Jandor had contested the election results of the March 18 governorship elections in Lagos State, challenging the victory of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Obafemi Hamzat.

Justice Mikhail Abdullah, presiding over the case, made this announcement while addressing the objections raised by the respondents during the proceedings.

The panel’s Chairman, Justice Arum Ashom, declared that the tribunal would first deliver its judgment in the case brought by the PDP and its candidate before proceeding to deliver the verdict on the petition filed by the Labour Party’s governorship candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.

Furthermore, Justice Ashom stated that his fellow panel member, Justice Mikail Abdullahi, would read the judgment on behalf of the tribunal.
