The Lagos House of Assembly has given its confirmation to 15 out of the remaining 18 commissioner-nominees presented by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

During the plenary session, Chief Whip and Chairman of the Screening Committee, Mojeed Fatai, submitted a report detailing the exercise, and the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, commended the committee for its comprehensive evaluation. Other lawmakers concurred with his assessment.
The confirmed commissioner-nominees include Dr. Afolabi Tajudeen, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, Prof. Akin Abayomi, Dr. Oluwarotimi Fashola, Mrs. Folashade Ambrose-Medem, Mrs. Akinyemi Bankole Ajigbotafe, Mrs. Cécilia Dada, Mrs. Barakat Bakare, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, and Mosopefoluwa George.
Additionally, the list features Dr. Yekini Agbaje, Dr. Olumide Oluyinka, Abayomi Oluyomi, Dr. Iyabode Ayoola, and Sola Giwa.
