Latest Attacks Prompt Plateau Governor Mutfwang’s Immediate Visit To Mangu – Photo Highlights

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, recently paid a visit to Mangu in the aftermath of the recent assault on the community. Despite the 24-hour curfew imposed by the Plateau State government, unidentified gunmen brazenly attacked Kwahaslalek and neighboring areas in the early hours of Wednesday. In response to this devastating incident, Governor Mutfwang undertook a visit on Friday to offer condolences and support to the survivors. Following this, he proceeded to the palace of Mishkaham Mwaghavul, HRH John Hirse, the Paramount Ruler of the Mwaghavul tribe. During the visit, HRH John Hirse issued a stern message, urging those providing support to criminals to reconsider their actions. Governor Mutfwang’s administration is committed to taking decisive measures to “ensure that external aggressors are kept out” and to address internal threats effectively.
