Sowore wasted no time in sharing the footage on social media, denouncing the actions of the EFCC officials and accusing them of blatant harassment. He underscored the incident as emblematic of a broader pattern of alarming behavior from the anti-graft agency, citing recent reports of raids and interceptions.

“Even the @officialEFCCnow stations its own goons outside its building to harass by passers in Abuja for @offences as simple as taking photos outside its headquarters. They chose the call-to-bar day as one of those unfortunate days to harass people.”
