During one of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign rallies in the last presidential contest, he responded to complaints and distortion of facts about his competency, capacity, and capability to lead over 200 million Nigerians by saying, “Let Them Complain But Just Vote For Me And The Complain Would Stop.”…CONTINUE READING.
In a remarkable turn of events, Tinubu’s words have proven prophetic within just two weeks of his new administration. The president has been receiving accolades from all sides and directions for his exceptional start.
Tinubu wasted no time and hit the ground running from day one by announcing the final removal of the fuel subsidy. He immediately engaged relevant authorities and stakeholders, including labor unions and petroleum marketers, to address the crisis. Today, Nigerians have moved on and accepted the subsidy removal.
Tinubu’s approach to governance is evident in his swift signing of three crucial bills into law, the most recent being the student loan bill. This legislation enables students who meet certain criteria to access loans for their education, with repayment plans structured for when they secure employment.
Breaking monopolies in the power distribution chain is another accomplishment of Tinubu’s administration. This move allows states and investors to participate, thereby creating opportunities for the generation and distribution of electricity.
Tinubu has made a promise to unify the foreign exchange rate, putting an end to FOREX thieves who exploit the current system for their own illicit gains. Today, even Nigerians who were initially skeptical of Tinubu’s candidacy are giving him a chance, thereby bringing to fruition his prophecy that the negative complaints would be resolved through his actions if he was elected.
The opposition and even members of the core LP (Labour Party) have been impressed by Tinubu’s early performance, with some urging his opponent, Obi, to let go of his grievances. Tinubu’s presidency appears to be perceived as ordained by God, and Nigerians are satisfied with his leadership.
Tinubu is making history as the fastest-performing and most proactive president the nation has ever seen. He upholds the rule of law and demonstrates a genuine passion for reforming the country. His decision to suspend the embattled former CBN Governor has been met with applause from the populace.
Truly, this is a case of not judging a book by its cover. Tinubu’s words and actions have aligned, dispelling doubts and earning him respect as a capable and visionary leader. As Nigerians witness the positive changes brought about by his administration, they are increasingly convinced of the wisdom in voting for him despite initial complaints.
Here are a few comments below that provide evidence of Tinubu’s remarkable beginning:
“Tinubu’s administration has started on a high note, with significant achievements within a short period. It’s time for Nigerians to rally behind him and support his vision.” – Chukwudi Eze, Delta.
“I never thought I would say this, but Tinubu has proven me wrong. His proactive approach and passion for reform have won over even his staunchest critics.” – Mohammed Balarabe, Kaduna.
“Tinubu’s early performance has exceeded my expectations. His administration seems destined for greatness, and as a Nigerian, I am satisfied with his leadership.” – Ngozi Okonkwo, Anambra.
“I must admit, I had doubts about Tinubu, but his actions have won me over. Nigerians should put aside their complaints and support him for the positive change we desire.” – Funmilayo Adewale, Ondo.
“Finally, we have a president who understands the need for a unified foreign exchange rate. Tinubu’s promise to end FOREX thieves gives me hope for a fairer economic system.” – Ahmed Suleiman, Abuja.
