Man Exposes Shocking Reason Neighbour Reached Out To His Ex-Girlfriend

A Nigerian man identified as @Edoziedey4you on X has shared the unusual reason his neighbour contacted his ex-girlfriend, sparking reactions online.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the man explained in a post that his neighbour reached out to his former girlfriend to hire her to prepare meals for him.

The neighbour reportedly contacted the woman because he knew she had previously prepared meals for her former boyfriend while they were dating. According to the account, the neighbour initially assumed she would provide the service without charging him.

However, the woman reportedly made it clear that she would only prepare the meals for a fee. The neighbour subsequently transferred money to her to purchase the ingredients required for the cooking.

After preparing the food, the woman reportedly served herself a portion and packed some of it into a takeaway container, apparently following the routine she had during her previous relationship with the man.

The neighbour, however, objected to her taking the food away, reportedly arguing that he had paid her to prepare the meals and that the food was therefore for him.

The disagreement reportedly escalated when the woman became annoyed by his position and revealed that she had ended her previous relationship with the man because of his alleged stinginess.

The incident has generated mixed reactions on social media, with users debating whether the woman was entitled to take some of the food home after being paid to prepare the meal.

Some commenters argued that once she had been hired as a cook, she should have treated the arrangement strictly as a business transaction, while others felt that the neighbour should have clearly communicated his expectations regarding the food before hiring her.
