Scholes, speaking to TNT Sports, said: “There are three or four players, particularly forwards, who may struggle with the defensive side of the game. Amorim will need to get them to adjust. With the back three, there are six centre-backs to choose from. The central midfielders, Casemiro and Ugarte, are set, but the wing-backs could be an issue. Will Amorim want wingers who track back? If so, I’m not sure Rashford and Garnacho fit that role. Alternatively, will Dalot and Mazraoui be used as wing-backs, who are solid defensively but not as effective going forward?
