The 31-year-old star shared her thoughts in a recent Snapchat video, confessing that she often forces herself to enjoy clubbing even though it no longer brings her joy. “I need to start being honest with myself. I don’t enjoy clubbing anymore.

I keep forcing it, hoping to feel some excitement, but the truth is, I’m tired. What am I looking for outside if I already have a partner? We can create memories together, maybe through travelling. I’m done pretending to have fun in the club. I think it’s time to get married,” she said.

Tolanibaj, however, admitted that marriage still feels like a “scary commitment,” expressing uncertainty about how long the excitement would last once she takes the step.

Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Laide Bakare sparked controversy after revealing in an interview with content creator Mr Lilgaga that she took her daughter, at 17, to a nightclub for the first time. Bakare said she liked the idea that her daughter would one day remember her as the person who introduced her to nightlife.

The statement triggered widespread backlash, with critics accusing her of exposing a minor to alcohol and nightlife. Reacting via Instagram, the actress clarified her comments, stating she never introduced her daughter to alcohol.

According to her, the nightclub experience was merely a way of giving her child “a bit of exposure towards the future.” She wrote, “No, please, I didn’t do alcohol with @simlineboss, only club, and it was just to give her some exposure. I’m not as bad as you think.”
