In a heartfelt Instagram post shared on Thursday, May 8, 2025, the screen diva posted throwback photos from her first AMVCA win in 2014, expressing gratitude for her continued relevance after more than two decades in the industry.

Aigbe credited her longevity and consistent recognition to her dedication, originality, and ability to reinvent herself. She described her recent nomination for Best Supporting Actress in the film Farmer’s Bride as a testament to her hard work and passion for the craft.

She extended her appreciation to her fans and the entire Farmer’s Bride production team — including the producers, scriptwriters, and directors — for their unwavering support and contributions to the film’s success.

She wrote:
“As we look forward to AMVCA 2025, I’m reminded of that unforgettable win in 2014 — my very first AMVCA!
Since then, I’ve received numerous nominations, and this year, I’m humbled to be nominated once again in the Best Supporting Actress category.
Over 20 years in the industry and still going strong — it’s all thanks to God.

Consistency, staying true to myself, and evolving with the times have kept me in the game.
This recognition means the world to me — every sleepless night, every challenge, every moment on set has been worth it.
